John Kelly

Retired CQO Pfizer, Lecturer

John F. Kelly recently retired as Vice President of Quality Operations and EHS at Pfizer, where he led global quality and environment, health and safety functions and held senior roles across manufacturing, strategy, and operations during his nearly 40-year career.

He holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an M.B.A. from Pace University. As a QBL lecturer, he brings practical executive insight into how quality drives impact at scale.
